Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. You can choose the method of shipping between post (provided by national post) or pick up.
We use “Lietuvos paštas” (www.post.lt) for economy shipping. Delivery takes 2-14 working days depending on the location. To ensure that all orders reach the intended recipients purchases are sent by registered priority mail. You will receive a tracking number in order to see where your item is at any time.
However, deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes, duties and import fees that are not covered by us. These fees are at sole responsibility of the costumer.
All orders are dispatched in 5 working days. Please check that you have entered your phone number correctly, couriers often call to arrange the best delivery time for you. If you have any additional requirements, e.g. it is a gift, and you would like to add a note for the recipient and omit the receipt, let us know by writing to email@example.com and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our item(s), you can get a refund by returning the item(s) to our workshop within 14 days after the delivery. The item(s) must not be used or altered and be accompanied by original tags and packaging. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days of the reception of the item at the workshop. All returns must be authorised by us prior to the return. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. We refund only price of the item (we don’t refund shipping expenses).
